Scenic Cruise (Intro Offer)

3 hours and 30 minutes

Easy

Embark on a relaxed, non-stop journey of discovery aboard the Queen of Zanzibar, Zanzibar’s largest and most luxurious power catamaran. This non-stop scenic cruise showcases the island’s stunning coastline and historic landmarks in absolute comfort.

Our voyage begins with a cruise to Prison Island (Changuu), a storied islet once intended for detaining rebellious slaves and later a quarantine station. Today, it is famed for its population of giant Aldabra tortoises and its evocative colonial ruins, visible from the water.

We then glide past the tranquil shores of Bawe Island, a historic telegraph hub turned peaceful marine escape, followed by a slow pass along Nakupenda Sandbank, where the tide reveals a fleeting stretch of powdery white sand surrounded by brilliant turquoise waters.

The final leg takes us past the waterfront of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the water, you’ll enjoy unique views of its coral stone architecture, bustling harbor, and centuries-old minarets and balconies, offering a memorable perspective on the island’s cultural heart.

Aboard Queen of Zanzibar, enjoy plush shaded seating, panoramic deck space, and a stable, smooth ride. Complimentary soft drinks, fresh mineral water, and local seasonal fruits are served throughout, making this the perfect way to relax and soak in the essence of Zanzibar—no swimming necessary, just pure sightseeing in style.
